Welcome to Methodist Schoool
Methodist School was founded and established by the Calcutta Christian School's Society under Bengal Regional Conference, Methodist Church in India, to develop children into contributing citizens of tomorrow.
Between 1985 and 1995, it was administered by the Assembly of God Church. Now, it is under the same Governing Body as Calcutta Boys School, Calcutta Girls High School, Mount Hermon School, Darjeeling and Wesley College, Calcutta. It is a Co-Ed School from Lower Nursery to Class - XII.
Alternate education
The year 2008-09 was an eventful year for Methodist School, Dankuni. The school hosted the All India Finals of the ASISC debate, declamation, quiz and creative writing, where students from different parts of India came to our school to be a part of the grand event.
The Interact Club of Methodist School, Dankuni organised the I-Cup where schools like Calcutta Boys School, Don Bosco School, Liluah, Central Modern School, Baranagar and many others took part. Here, our team was runner-up.
